ATS Retail Solutions' culture of accountability extends to sustainable business practices. Our Green Team meets regularly to identify and lead implementation of sustainability initiatives throughout the company. Our sustainability initiatives typically focus in the following areas: Reuse and Recycling, Fleet Operating Practices, and Energy Efficient Buildings and include:
- Recycling of cardboard and paper products, plastic shrink wrap, and reuse and recycling of pallets
- Modern, efficient vehicle fleet with advanced route utilization, environmentally friendly washing and maintenance processes, smart power unit energy management, and some fleet vehicles using bio-fuels and propane
- Energy efficient buildings constructed with efficient lighting, heating and cooling systems, and water use management systems
